Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached if applicable. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all return or exchange requests.

Customers may request a free exchange for a different size, subject to availability. In most cases, shipping for the first exchange may be provided at no cost.

For returns, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return. These include final sale or clearance merchandise, custom or personalized products, and any items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
